The Concierge Program is a program that allows EPEC customers to prepay for future upgrades based on the number of clubs you have in your set and the size the set is at today.

Yes. You can enroll as many sets as you own.

Yes and no. We don’t encourage customers who have sets that are #7 or #8 to join as you may only have 1 upgrade remaining before you outgrow our product range.

Funny! No. One time means one time!

When you do your first upgrade after enrolling, we’ll look at the level you joined at and the number of clubs you have and give you two options. You can pay normal fees to have the additional clubs upgraded each time you send them in or you can pay a one time fee to enroll the additional clubs.

Upgrade exchange is an alternative method of receiving upgraded clubs with the biggest benefit being that your son or daughter is never without clubs. In our normal process you send your clubs to us, we upgrade them and send them back. With shipping times to/from being as long as 6 days, this process can take 2-3 weeks. With Concierge, you request the upgrade and we ship a set to you within a couple of days and you return the set you have.

It might be but it might also be a used set that will be the same or better quality that what you’ll be turning in. There may always be exceptions to this rule but based on the thousands of upgrades we’ve done over the years, we have a pretty good idea of the condition of the clubs we get back for upgrade. What we ship you will be better. And if we’re wrong, we’ll fix it.

EPEC’s product line will work for a child up to about 66-67″ in height. Once they exceed this height One Time Sibling Transfer (OTST) allows you to transfer that set to a younger sibling. We will ship to you a set that is appropriately sized for the younger child and you will return the larger set to us. From this point on it’s the same as before. You upgrade as your younger child grows at no charge.

One of two reasons. You are not logged into your account (which you have to be) or you’re trying to apply the code to a product that it doesn’t apply to. It applies to individual clubs and golf bags only. You cannot purchase complete sets using this code.

No. See the FAQ on signing up with a 5 club set and submitted 6 or 7 to upgrade. Same scenario here.

Yes. You will be eligible for a new bag when you move from a size #4 or less up to #5 or above. Metal woods heads are upgraded at size #2 to #3 and size #6 to #7.

No. Enrolling in Concierge is not buying a few set of clubs per se. If you are ready to upgrade, it enables you to proceed with that upgrade at no charge. But enrolling does not instigate the shipment of any product to the new member.

No, shipping to/from is included.

It depends on the size your set is when you enroll. If you enroll at size 4, you can upgrade 4 times at no charge (4 to 5, 5 to 6, 6 to 7 and 7 to 8).
